Public Area Attendant/Housekeeping Staff

Established condo seeking Public Area Attendant/Housekeeper to clean public areas.

Must be a worker, willing to thoroughly clean and maintain the property.

NOTE: If you do not want to perform housekeeping and cleaning duties as instructed

do not bother to apply.

Applicants must have their own transportation or dependable, consistently available transportation.

Must be physically fit and able to climb ladders and stairs, be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.

and work a full day's shift.

Full time and Part time positions available.

This is an 8 am to 5 pm job, Monday through Friday and ONE - half day on weekends.

There is SOME flexibility in scheduling for you to deal with government issues,

children' s education and medical problems with advance notice and availability

of coworkers to cover shifts.

No night shifts.

There is a 90 day probationary period for assessment of your performance

and determine eligibility to transition to a full time employee.

Holiday pay applies after the first 90 days of full time employment.

(90 days probation + 90 days full time employment)

Health insurance is also available for individuals, couples and families after 90 days probation + 90 days full time employment, with employer sharing 50% of the cost for the employee only.

1 week of vacation pay after 1 year of full time employment.
