This is a Customer Service Rep. position to help assist with all operations, customer inquires, coordinate on time shipments, and support all customer requests and issues.Job Duties:
Administrative support
Emailing customers regarding orders
Answering incoming calls regarding customer questions or orders
Completing orders over the phone
Following policies and procedures
This is NOT a remote position. All employees will be practicing social distancing and wearing PPE.
Skills and Qualifications:
1-2 years customer service experience
Administrative work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask
Experience working with an ISO certified company a plus but not required
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus but not required
Great phone and email etiquette
Ability to learn quickly
Must be able to work well in a team
