Maintains and services customer automobiles by driving cars into and out of a bay area, identifying, notating, and informing customers of damage to their vehicles prior to servicing , following company guidelines for tire installation, performing additional automotive services as needed (for example, repairing or replacing flats, balancing or rotating tires, and operating computer equipment when processing customer services.

Provides customer service by acknowledging the customer, identifying their needs, assisting with locating merchandise , resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company's products and services.

provides products and services to customers in accordance to company policies and procedures by assisting with purchasing and service decisions, completing vehicle service request and tests, operating tie center equipment properly and safely, receiving, storing, and disposing of merchandise and supplies, and maintaining paperwork.

Maintains the shop floor in the tire center in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, arranging and organizing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages.

Receives and stocks merchandise in the tire center, and organizes and maintains the tire center by following company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.

Maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards , procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps , following proper forklift spotting procedures, following proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following company steel standard guidelines, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to management.

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. must be at least 20 years of age to apply .
