Director of Administration

Our client a leading Denver-based law firm of is seeking a firmwide Director of Administration. This role requires qualified candidate to be based in Denver. The Director will play a key role in establishing and managing administrative operations and processes for the firm’s twelve offices. The Director will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in aligning administrative resources with firm strategy; cost management; employee recruiting, engagement and retention; process improvement; systems development; risk mitigation; special projects and facilities management. As a member of the firm’s business leadership team, this individual will report to the firm's Chief Operating Officer and will work closely with the managing partner, business leadership team members, office managing partners and office administrators.
