We are currently seeking a Testing Lead - Claims to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (REMOTE), United States (US).Testing Lead ClaimsJob Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience in US Health Payer System Testing
  • Strong preference for Healthcare Claims Systems Testing
  • Guides team in transforming legacy testing processes to a fully automated dev-sec-ops processes (cloud based)
  • Create & assist in quality engineering strategy, test planning and test data management.
  • Ensures alignment with client and QA practice leadership on strategy and plan
  • Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams while partnering with stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience minimum developing and executing test plans
  • 3 years of experience managing test teams
  • Experience with autonomous testing, synthetic data management, traditional test automation, performance tuning, and buildout frameworks like TDD and/or BDD.
  • Recent experience with Cloud based testing technologies
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with tools like Talend, Delphix, OpenDQ, SonarQube, CheckMarx, Veracode, Acunetix, Zephyr, Lambda, Selenium, and/or TestRail
  • Experience with US Health Insurance domain
