Brasserie by Niche in the CWE is looking for energetic, hard-working individuals to join our restaurant family!

Recognizable by the bright red exterior, Brasserie by Niche offers a menu of French bistro fare with perfected interpretations of classic dishes in an approachable, lively dining setting. The 90-seat restaurant pairs its simple, uncomplicated food with an extensive list of French and local Missouri wines, as well as craft beer and signature cocktail selections. A St. Louis classic in the making!

We are currently looking for experienced cooks who are eager to learn and grow with us!

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

Working knowledge of basic cooking technique and multiple stations

Culinary school is a plus, but by no means a requirement

Open and flexible availability, including days, evenings and weekends

Organized, quick thinking and adept at multitasking

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

A positive attitude and high energy level

Ability to maintain focus and upbeat demeanor in fast-paced environment
