Program Manager

Job DescriptionProgram manager Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification 5+ years of professional experience managing large-scale, cross-functional Tech programs 3+ years of professional experience communicating with senior leaders Experience working in JIRA, AirTable, SmartSheet, Confluence,and Box Experience supporting all lifecycles of projects including analysis, design, implementations, and support. Demonstrated experience managing large program budgets Experience working with Agile methodology, working in a Kanban environment, participating in Agile ceremonies Experience leading and motivating indirect resource Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and technical requirements into clear, precise, documented timelines Familiar with supply chain Partner across technical and business stakeholders to create program timelines Ongoing management of scope and resource mitigation planning for risks that are proactively identified. Facilitate mitigation through relevant stakeholders and governance process. Facilitate meetings to align requirements and solutions. Monthly management and reconciliation of program/project budgets Weekly reporting of Tech portfolio health including status, budget, and risks Establish strong relationships with key technical and business stakeholders Work closely with business stakeholders, Solution and Product Managers, and participate in ongoing Agile planning and prioritization sessions to align work breakdown and delivery Implement, maintain, and communicate program management and change procedures and processes to enable workstreams to deliver against the defined project goals and scope on time and on budget
