Kelly Services, Inc. is looking for Collection Site Service Specialists to assist in administrative duties at testing sites as part of a COVID-19 Recovery Plan.
Site Service Specialist responsibilities include:
- Opening/closing procedures for test sites
- Check-in individuals for testing
- Direct individuals through testing sites
- Observe self-collection of test samples (from a safe distance, behind plexi-glass, with appropriate PPE)
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Ability to read, write, speak English.
- Experience working in a medical office would be a plus
Must be comfortable working in a medical environment.
Specialists must be tested for Covid-19 prior to starting assignment.
Specialists WILL BE tested 1-2X per week for the duration of the assignment.
Sites are open 7 days a week, 7AM-7PM. Shift times can start as early as 6AM and end as late as 8PM. Candidates will have a mostly fixed schedule throughout the assignment.
