Now Hiring Headshop Assistant Manager

We are the biggest smoke shop in the area and are in search of a dedicated and highly motivated professional to join our team!

We offer 40 hours a week with a Starting pay of $17.00 an hour.

There is always an opportunity to make more hourly depending on progression, knowledge of products, and overall work ethic. Current employees are making over $20.00 per hour! While our job consists of having a fun and friendly atmosphere for both our employees and customers we do expect a high level of self-management and professionalism. If hired you will be expected to

-Work 11 hour shifts. (14 days a month, 3 days one week and then 4 days the next and get paid full time.)

-Show up on time.

-Lift packages of around 50 lbs.

-Maintain a clean work environment.

-Provide expert product knowledge. (training and time to learn will be provided)

-Follow exact instructions of procedures in place.

-Handle multiple customers at a time in a professional manner.

-Answer phone calls from customers and vendors.

-Restock and keep track of inventory.

-Be adaptive and understanding of changes within the industry and products.

With all of this being said we are looking for serious professionals only. While being an industry based around fun you can expect a fun environment to work in if you can maintain a professional work ethic as this is a 1 person shift. (help will always be a call away).
