CAKE DECORATOR

Saratori's Pastry Shop (inside Tully's Italian Deli) has an immediate full time opening for an experienced cake decorating experience. Baking experience a plus but not required.

Decorating skills include proficiency with fondant, tiered wedding cakes and celebration cakes. Experience must also include free hand buttercream piping, torting, tiered cakes, and fondant/buttercream flowers and figures.

Must be able to:

-lift a minimum of 50 pounds

-to bend, climb ladders

Duties include but not limited to:

-cleaning and maintaining work space

-customer service

General Requirements:

- must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.

- stand long hours

- assist with deliveries

- customer service
