Positions available:

Civil Team Member. Trained for construction site layouts by reading and understanding construction drawings and other documentation. Installs carrier equipment, fiber optics, and power conduit and conductors. Makes interconnections and tests equipment, power & fiber.

Tower Team Member. Trained for rigging, hoisting, and climbing towers to complete platform, antenna, and radio installations. Completes spectrum analysis, mechanical and electrical alignments, grounding, and bonding, of antennas and cables.

Civil & Tower Team Leaders. Responsible for Team Members production and accountability in the completion of installations, report generation, equipment maintenance and tracking, safety, and advancement training.

Construction Manager. Responsible for multiple site teams to include personnel management, time and resource accountability, productivity, quality assurance, client interaction, risk mitigation, scheduling, and materials management.
