IT Network Support Scottsdale AZ - Onsite Contract to Hire
- Experience with Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls Experience with Cisco switch and routers
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Global Protect Perform quarterly firewall audits, which includes updating the operating system if Configure new networks as needed by project teams this includes (vlans, dhcp, rou policies and access policies)
- Troubleshoot layer 2 and layer 3 issues from switch to firewall level Ability to configure PA firewalls following Mindtree best practices Ability to configure VLANs, NAC, AAA, basic routing, ACL in Cisco switches Manage firewall policies and make changes as needed following CRM procedures Understanding of NAT, PAT, S2S VPN, SSL VPN, BGP Routing a plus
- Maintain accurate network diagrams
- Maintain accurate ISP information for each site
- Intermediate to advanced computer networking and hardware/Windows operating knowledge Hardware imaging knowledge
- Respond to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support research, and resolve technical problems; ensure timely resolution and follow-up Manage incidents through our incident management system and respond with guidelines Activate Windows Update Inventory and inventory management for Redmond Campus
