We are looking for a Jack or Jackie of all trades. Someone handy with tools, painting, landscaping and has a pride in the work that they do. Bonus points if you have experience working in a condominium Association.
Below, you will find a list of actions which will be converted into a job description
Maintenance Needs for the Community
Pet stations emptied weekly, 2/week in hot weather
Litter pick up – minimum 2x or 3x/week more likely this is a daily task
Clean up around/behind dumpsters – at least weekly but also as needed for spills/broken glass
deposit any large items left outside into the dumpster if they fit –daily
Condo entry/stair cleaning – biweekly
Gym – clean/sweep/mop/glass cleaned – weekly?
Curb painting – yellow/red areas
Parking space lines, numbers and “permit only” space painting Interior lighting in condos bulb replacement
Interior lighting in pool house building
Routine maintenance/cleaning in maintenance office
Tree/branch/shrub trimming not covered by landscape co/but allowed by insurance
Report anything in need of repair
Regular perimeter checks of property for trash/damage
Regular(weekly/biweekly?) checks of front/backs of all courts for trash/damage/pet waste/violations
Meet with vendors requiring entry into condo utility rooms/pool house
Poolhouse bathrooms – cleaned daily when pool is open; at least weekly or whatever maintenance person’s needs may be as they are only one using it off season
Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies needed for job duties.
May need to be on call for after hour emergencies
Painting – pool house, shed, other as needed, touch up as needed
Report and clean/repair any graffiti, vandalism, destruction of property
Minor fence repairs to retention pond fencing

This community is located in Annapolis so we need someone close to the property in case of an emergency.
Pay can be negotiated.
