Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

Job Description We are working with a massively known company that provides a peoples search engine with billions of records. This is a SDET position with a big focus on data and is full time fully remote. This company has been featured on ABS, New York Times, and Forbes as a platform that lets people from around the world to instantly search and reconnect with friends and reunite families. The ideal candidate for this role will be well versed in in ETL tools, proficient in any development language (preferably Python or Ruby), and the ability to write simple to complex SQL queries. In this position you would get to design and implement integration and black-box testing, create well structured test suites, and collaborate with development team members to develop test strategies. Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science
• 6+ years of experience working in a SDET or related role
• Proficient understanding of ETL tools (Pentaho, Informatica, Talend, etc.)
• Experience writing SQL queries
• Experience creating sample test data
• Ability to code in any development language (Python or Ruby preferred)
• Experience working in AWS is a plus
