- Evaluating the current data posture of the Department
- Understanding the AS-IS data structure, warehousing and storage of data, and how data moves through the systems in the Department
- Analyzing the data and understanding where data input can be consolidated
- A data migration plan for the Modernization Project (MYNT - Modernize Your Nevada Tax)
- A data warehousing map that will bridge the gaps of Project MYNT and the legacy products that will be maintained.
