DevOps Manager

A Molecular Science company in the Healthcare industry is looking to bring on an experienced DevOps Manager to lead and build a new team. They are well established and due to recent growth, they are looking for someone who can oversee Infrastructure and DevOps. As the manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of 8 DevOps engineers to work closely with the 30 people spread across infrastructure and development, that are managing their own production. The true initiative of this role will be to establish best practices and evangelize the culture of DevOps throughout the organization. This is a 100% Remote role Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years team lead or management experience on an Infrastructure or DevOps team
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps Culture
• Strong working experience in Linux/Java heavy environments
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to the full Software Development Life Cycle
• Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving development environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Motivated with a creative mindset for unique technical solutions
• Understanding of agile scaling frameworks

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems or Engineering a plus
