Church Worship Leader (Band, Music, Musician, Singer)

We are looking to hire:

10-15 Hr/week Worship Leader.

Lead our Sunday morning worship services. Sundays: 8 am – 12 pm. Individual must be able to select, key, and chart the music (We use SongSelect). Rehearse the band and vocals and lead the worship portion of the service. Other duties include room preparation and oversight of sound and lighting techs.

Work with our Live Stream Production crew to provide the best live stream experience possible.

Assist the Senior Pastor in adding creative elements to the worship service: Testimonies, Baptisms, Communion, Videos, special music, and other creative arts.

Program (with the Senior Pastor) and Lead 2 special services each year: Christmas Eve and Maundy Thursday.

Recruit, train, and disciple band members as needed.

Skills:

1. Must demonstrate competency in at least one musical instrument appropriate for worship.

2. Must demonstrate a high level of vocal competency.

3. Must demonstrate proficiency with ProPresenter by Renewed Vision (multiple Auditorium screens and live stream).

4. Must demonstrate or be able to acquire proficiency with the Berringer X32 Sound Mixer and associated audio equipment.

5. Proficiency with our Live Stream equipment and technology is a plus: ATEM Television Studio HD live broadcast production switcher and associated broadcast A/V equipment; OBS live streaming software and processes.
