Automotive Manufacturers Needed in El Dorado HillsShift: 4 10's M-Th looking for an afternoon sift more 4 AM start for day shift 2:30 pm - 1:30 AMWheel Pros is hiring for machine operators who will be operating mills to manufacture chrome parts for the automotive industry.Machine operators will be doing basic operation otherwise known as button pushers.They will need to have attention to detail in regards to changing parts on the machines. They will basically be loading and unloading the machines and making sure that the parts that are being produced match specifications.The machine operators might operate more than one machine at a time so should be able to multi task and work at a fast pace.The machine operators will be training on one machine for two weeks. After they get the speed and feeds down they will be asked to take on another machine if they are comfortable.Candidates will be spending much of their time on their feet.They will need to have a great attention to detail and know how to operate and use a tape measure in order to ensure that the parts are coming out at the right size.Candidates will need to tighten the parts into play on the machines.

Load and unload raw materials and fixtures

Deburring, Chamfering & installing bolts/studs when needed

Producing Quality Parts - Form, Fit, Function

Keeping accurate part counts & cycle times

Maintaining coolant levels & concentration

Pass down clean and chip free machine and production information to Night Shift Partner
