Accounting Analyst

Description Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client seeking an Accounting Analyst. The Accounting Analyst will work closely with the accounting and finance departments to help evaluate this organization's income and spending. This is a highly collaborative role, so the Accounting Analyst will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and disseminate financial reports

Review and collect complex financial data

Extract, manipulate and organize data based on management requests

Ensure accuracy of month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting close cycles

Preparation and review of journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations Requirements - 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data analysis or similar role

Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

BS in accounting or finance

Strong knowledge of Excel and other large ERPs
