Technical Architect

As our teams continue to scale, the engineering team is at the core of that growth. In the expansion of our North America SWE team, we're looking a technical architect specialized in system/server integrations to join us and assist with new and crucial projects. The ideal candidate has SaaS or PaaS enterprise level integration experience, and has thrived in dynamic environments that demand cross-functional and cross-regional team involvement.Role Responsibilities

Design and develop complex systems employing a disciplined and rigorous approach

Design REST APIs that facilitate a strong developer experience or simplify systems integration

Conduct requirements analysis, estimation, systems and application design, and testing

Familiarity with popular Design Patterns

Collaborate, influence, and consensus-build with persons in all job functions (e.g. product, program, developers, solutions architect).

Manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision delivering superior software products via Agile methodologies

A great team player, with demonstrable experience delivering superior software products via Agile methodologies

Role Requirements

10+ years of experience in software development

Experience with integrations

Experience with modern languages, frameworks, and technologies such as Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, ETL, messaging queuing infrastructures, as well as cloud and on premise infrastructure and services

Knowledge of authentication mechanisms like SAML, OAuth, etc.

Knowledge of security flaws and its resolution as listed in sites like OWASP, SANS, etc.

Experience with distributed computing architectures, including race conditions, parallelism, and concurrency control

Experience in working with various stakeholders

Sound knowledge of software architecture and design patterns

Experience working in an Agile team

Significant experience with systems integration and tools like alooma, mulesoft is a plus

A great team player, with demonstrable experience
