Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and make outbound calls
Schedule service appointments according to the availability with ability to prioritize immediate service needs.
Confirm all scheduled service appointments with customers 24-48 hrs in advance.
Provide customers with accurate state of vehicle currently in for service
Follow up with customers who may not have shown for their appointment to attempt to schedule a future appointment.
Follow up with customers after service appointment to ensure they received exceptional service
Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with service advisors, technicians, and dealership management.
Qualifications:
At least on previous role based in strong customer service
Team player attitude with the willingness to help others
Prompt and courteous
Enthusiastic personality
Must have great phone skills; most of the job is phone work
Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
Compensation starts at $13+/ hour 30-38 hours per week are available. Currently no weekends.
