Landscaper

Job Description

Responsible to oversee the entire Landscaping Department to include mowing, installation and trimming of trees and bushes, fertilization and irrigation for Flamingo Bay and the C-Store.

Implement and set up programs with or assisted by the Engineering Manager regarding the maintenance of the grounds in all areas.

Responsible for the design and layout of new landscaping projects.

Executes all job assignments and tasks.

Follows all safety regulations.

Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work.

Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists in solving work problems.

Maintains time and production records.

Place orders of plant materials, equipment and supplies through the manager.
