This position has the ability to be located in; Scotts Valley, CA, Petaluma, CA, Anoka, MN, or Overland Park, KS depending upon the ideal candidate. The Project Manager is responsible for all project phases of a complex nature, which may include programs involving multiple project work streams. This position will work both in a matrix model as well as independently and objectively. The candidate will be responsible for directing and managing work efforts of a project team, ensuring proper controls and processes are followed, and meet established functional objectives, quality, cost and schedule goals associated with Ecommerce projects. They will oversee the analysis, design, execution and support of assigned projects, including resource planning, budgets and business communications. As a member of the Ecommerce IT team, they will be responsible for on-going process improvements, developing a collaborative environment and building relationships with the business. You must be a thought leader and change agent who is able to adapt in a very fast paced ever changing environment.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS· Four-year degree, preferably in computer science or information technology, or equivalent work experience.· Demonstrated track record of successfully managing large-scale ecommerce platform and marketing automation and projects / implementations. Specifically using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including the following studios; Journey Builder, Email Studio, Audience Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio and Interaction Studio. Also deep experience in Google Analytics· Excellent communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.· Experience with partnering with business stakeholders and team members to handle risks, issues, financial and schedule management.· Embraces and drives cultural changes through continuous improvement & learning.· Proven track record of delivering results on time with strong customer focus.· Travel to other locations as required.· Expertise with MS Project.·ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS· Thorough understanding of Project Management principles, including agile methodologies.· Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) and effective processes for communicating project status.· Experience in change control process to effectively manage scope· Ensures standard processes are followed and reviews project artifacts to ensure high quality outputs.· A minimum of 8 years prior experience with a demonstrated progression to larger and more complex Ecommerce IT projects.· Develop project plans for Ecommerce IT development projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and resource plans.·SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION· Experience anticipating project challenges and proactively partnering with business stakeholders and team members to handle risks, issues, financial and schedule management.· Responsible for managing cross-functional and vendor interdependencies.· Excellent communication skills and ability to speak to details of the project to both the business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.· Experience in change control process to effectively manage scope· Creation and designing well-defined project life cycles and on-going process improvements.We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Females/Protected Veteran/DisabledVista Outdoor is an equal opportunity employer.
