Pastry Bakers must be comfortable with and eager for very early morning hours - this is a hallmark of pastry baking - watch the sunrise and have afternoons free for your hobbies! Pastry Bakers are primarily responsibly for shaping and baking our famous croissant dough product. Pastry baking candidates will have a). industry experience, b). experience in a fast paced or rigorous work environment, c). a penchant for details and accuracy - product consistency is important, and d). excellent at receiving feedback and offering regular communication to management. We are looking for mature and hard working individuals who would be interested in making Sparrow their career choice for a minimum of 12-18 months, ideally long term.
