Spanish Bilingual Interviewer New Increased Rate: $14.50 (Wichita)

Excellent starting wage of $14.00 ($11.00 Base Pay plus $3.00 COVID 2020 Premium Pay) per hour for regular interviewers and $14.50 ($11.50 Base Pay plus $3.00 COVID 2020 premium pay) for Spanish/English bilinguals. COVID 2020 Premium Pay will be paid at least through 2020.

NORC, the oldest social science research center established to do social research in the public interest, is looking for Spanish bilingual telephone interviewers to work in our research facility in Wichita, KS.

Our Spanish bilingual telephone interviewers enjoy: flexible part-time evening and weekend hours, ideal location near 21st and Amidon, casual dress, friendly work environment and a premium starting wage with the possibility for promotion or pay increase within the first year.

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (certification required)

- Ability to follow all standard operating and project-related procedures

- Knowledge of a PC Windows environment required.

- Ability to sit and use a telephone headset, dial telephone numbers, use a computer keyboard, and read a script off of a standard-size computer monitor for up to four hours continuously

- All employees hired for this position must present evidence of their identity and authorization to work in the United States (I9 documentation)

- Experience interviewing residential households or businesses by telephone preferred, but not required.
