Weekend Ihss caregiver needed (Sacramento)

Female Ihss caregiver needed(SACRAMENTO) towork weekend mornings (9AM to 12:30PM (see calendar)and on-call on an as needed basis.

compensation:Must be IHSS recruited and ACTIVELY enrolled they pay $14 from IHSS

I am are looking for a dependable, reliable and compassionate caregiver for myself. I have left side paralysis ((paralyzed)due to several strokes and I am a 38 year old plus sized African American

female weighing over 225lbs. (Plus sized) female must be strong for bed adjustments

i use gate belt as a safety measure to get up out of my bedI Prefer experience with stroke patients but can train. I live in a small studio apartment on the 5th floor

I am looking for someone that has RELIABLE transportation. for consistency and on-call situations. and prefer (not required)for person to live in or near downtown Sacramento area.

for Saturday andmorning and on call schedule mdy change if I attend adult health

Saturday's 9am to 12 pm and as on-call to assist necessary otherCaregivers on an as needed basis will be paid from Sacramento County IHSS. speaks good English.We are willing to train the right candidate(s).

List of duties include, but not limited to:

Meal and beverage preparation

Assist me in and out of bed and wheelchair

Assist me with medication

Assist with personalcare

o miscellaneous duties may apply

o Getting dressed

o On and off the bedside commode

o Assist with bed baths/shower bench bathing

Light housework and laundry

ride in paratransit to and from appointments(medical, hai, physical therapy,visits with family and entertainment outings)
