Spectrum (also known as Charter Communications) is looking for a Sr. Manager of Alliances to drive strategic outcomes with one of its largest Alliances. The Sr. Manager is a key member of the fast-growing Spectrum Alliance team that reports into and supports the Spectrum Connectivity team, the largest product and technology team within Spectrum. This individual contributor is responsible for partnering with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to champion and govern strategic and tactical initiatives. These initiatives are broad-ranging, have executive visibility, are leading edge, and highly relevant to the success of the Spectrum Connectivity team. As such, the ability to understand foundational connectivity technologies (e.g., internet, WiFi, mobile, etc.), ability to organize, prioritize, and evangelize initiatives, and a curious and creative mind is essential to this position's success. Professional persistence and tenacity is also key to achieving a collaborative outcome within a large organization. The Spectrum Connectivity team is comprised of brilliant telecom veterans complemented by innovative thinkers from different industries. The in-person office culture is highly collaborative, respectful, and emanates a "can-do" spirit.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Coordinate the design, execution, implementation and collaboration with key stakeholder functions for go to market activities related to the Alliances.Report and monitor performance against the plan to include but not limited to budget, scope and contractual obligations.Create standard reports and tracking documents to provide visibility for management team.Coordinate with key functions and channels to develop action plans that improve communication and execution of agreed to activities.Maintain and foster communication across all divisions and functions within Charter and Alliance partner as needed.Implement programs to launch, create awareness and visibility through partnering with marketing and operations teams.Effectively communicate project expectations, timelines, milestones and deliverables in a timely and clear fashion.Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.

Required EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience required

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years6+ years of Go to market or launch planning experience with Alliances 5+ years of Development of demand creation/generation plans 5+ years of Product marketing experience 5+ years of Telecommunication or similar field experience

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
