Job Description
- Build relationships with customers, production, and other stakeholders
- Translate customer requests and samples into manufacturing
- Enter purchase orders
- Process order changes
- Respond to customer request by; email, follow up calls, and faxes in a timely manner
- Generate paperwork and samples for customers
Qualifications
- Able to understand technical specifications and multiple product lines
- Able to process documents and order changes
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Excellent telephone sales skills
- Self-starter and a multi-tasker
Education/Experience:
- 2years'of servicing or sales experience to customers or a bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Previous CRM software experience a plus
