Customer Support Specialist

Job Description

• Build relationships with customers, production, and other stakeholders
• Translate customer requests and samples into manufacturing
• Enter purchase orders
• Process order changes
• Respond to customer request by; email, follow up calls, and faxes in a timely manner
• Generate paperwork and samples for customers

Qualifications

• Able to understand technical specifications and multiple product lines
• Able to process documents and order changes
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Excellent telephone sales skills
• Self-starter and a multi-tasker

Education/Experience:

• 2years'of servicing or sales experience to customers or a bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Previous CRM software experience a plus
