The position involves receiving incoming phone calls, drafting service and reconstruction estimates, and general office work. The skills required to succeed in this position include a positive and professional attitude, excellent phone skills and etiquette, strong speaking and listening skills, adaptability, attention to detail and general computer application skills. Building and estimating knowledge would also be an advantage.
