ECOMMERCE MERCHANDISER, INTERN

Job Title – Ecommerce Merchandiser, InternSummary: We are looking for an Ecommerce Merchandiser, Intern to join Moxielash's ecommerce team. This position is remoteEssential FunctionsProduct record management: entry of descriptions, media and all product related attributes.Maintain product collections and category hierarchy system. Work closely with inventory managers and agencies to recommend the appropriate product capsules for cross sell, upsell, etc.Monitor and manage the product placement and position across shoppable collection pages. Regular reporting on the impact of merchandising tactics and product placement performance. Monitor and report on the impact of product driven website navigation. Competitor research and analysis performed regularly and compiled into reports and briefs. Prepare and execute merchandising plans and reports on a regular and ad hoc basis. Perform regular audits of site product placement, category systems and product positioning.Additional ecommerce and marketing duties as assigned.Experience And Qualifications

Required

Exposure to research projects and analytics based reporting. Familiarity with project management suites like Asana or JIRA. Prior data entry or data management experience. Strong skills with the Google Docs Suite or Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel or Sheets. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills. Attention to detail.Superior communication and interpersonal skills. High levels of motivation and ethical standards.Academic QualificationsOpen to candidates currently enrolled in undergraduate programs or recent graduates. PreferredPrior experience with an Ecommerce or beauty brandPrior experience with Shopify is a plusPrior experience with Google AnalyticsBONUS if youLove a close-knit family feel.Are passionate and excited about the beauty industry.Like to have a laugh and have fun!
