Technical Program Product Manager II

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager II.Summary:We are seeking an ambitious Product Manager to join our Royalties and Reporting team. In this role, the Technical Program Product Manager II will be responsible for building new features/supporting business operations responsible for ensuring payments reach our partners on time as well as improving our overall payments process. The execution spans multiple technical and business teams. This role will develop an understanding of the technologies required to deliver payments, including royalties calculations and payment processing systems. They are able to dive into details and convey high-level plans. The Technical Program Product Manager II will work directly with senior business leaders to deliver aggressive goals and to identify improvements and needed features.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related science or technology 3+ years of experience leading software development projects 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience Experienced in understanding and contributing to the technical architecture and design of a product/ feature(s) 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Experience with music / digital media royalty and reporting systems and processes Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning, task delegation, and coordination across functional teams Excellent oral and written communication skills, and must be comfortable engaging with executive managementKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
