NEW RESTAURANT IN Ankeny, IA Looking for PM Line Cooks

30hop Restaurant is opening in The District in Ankeny, IA in less than 2 weeks! We are looking for full and part-time Line Cooks to join our team! Training to start as soon as you're available to start. We pride ourselves on providing an upbeat fun experience along with an incredibly high level of standard in cleanliness, quality and service. If you're looking for a new kitchen with a range of different cuisines and great presentation, we're the restaurant for you!

Pay: Starting at $14.00 to $20 per hour based on experience.

Schedule: Afternoon/Evening & Weekend availability between 3pm-10:30pm, 4-8 hour shifts based on your full or part-time availability.

Line Cook Job Responsibilities:

Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.

Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.

Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.

Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.

Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.

Exceptional communication skills- ability to communicate clearly with the Chefs or highest management on the line.
