Application/Production Support Senior Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce enterprise banking client in Dallas, TX is seeking an Application/Production Support Senior Consultant to support 150+ applications. (This is not a system admin).Summary:This position is a senior level technical role that will lead application support of production systems with a focus on incident management, problem management, change/release, and other ITIL based functions. The individual will need to lead discussions and collaboration with development and business teams and be able to develop a deep understanding of applications and business functionality. This role requires the ability to operate independently and help transform and mature the support organization. The Application/Production Support Senior Consultant will be working in a corporate environment with large, complex, and critical applications across a wide range of technologies. Examples include large, complex, Tier 1 IIS/.NET/SQL applications, web hosting with multiple server tier levels, and application and server level clustering and load balancing.Role is for employment with Kforce. Subcontracting is not permitted.REQUIREMENTS: Experience creating alerts and managing alerts in ITRS, AppDynamics, SPLUNK, and Grafana as very strong plus; Willing to hire just on this experience if the person has SME level knowledge of the tools and can create dashboards and alerting Ability to automate and drive operational improvement Experience with SPLUNK, AppDynamics, and ITRS setup for applications is a strong positive, but not a hard requirementKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
