We are seeking new Site Planning talent to join our national team! Commercial Site Plan is a distributed design studio allowing talented Site Designers to work virtually anywhere. We provide site plan design services for commercial land planning projects from coffee shops to large master planned developments across the United States. If you are interested in working in a highly flexible and supportive environment, have solid experience in commercial site planning and are familiar with AutoCAD we would love to hear from you.

Primary Services

Proposed site plan layouts for commercial developments from small coffee shops to large shopping centers

Main Software:

AutoCAD

Desired Site Planning skills:

- Building property lines from existing survey or GIS information

- Download and scale aerial photos in AutoCAD

- layout parking lots, sidewalks and proposed buildings

- General dimensions and area calculations
