You will also work with senior leadership, customers, and partners to define the technical roadmap for the company. As a Senior you will guide the growth of the development team and provide mentorship and identify training opportunities for developers. As well as direct the implementation of agile software processes such as sprint planning, code reviews, and automated continuous integration and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Must be an excellent communicator and highly collaborative in a team-based environment.
  • Experience with cloud development and architecture (e.g. Google Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS)
  • Experience with running Linux microservices architectures, especially Python
  • Experience with automated build and deployment processes
  • Experience as a technical lead or engineering manager

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in our customer's markets (aerospace & defense, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, oil & gas)
  • Effective troubleshooter and detail oriented
