RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Fort Lauderdale, FL.Responsibilities: Technical Business Analyst provides ERP application and technical support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or Internet; Support includes troubleshooting, functional analysis, program analysis, testing, upgrades and troubleshooting to resolve customer reported issues Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer in a highly team-oriented environment Resolves clients' questions or problems, via telephone or Internet, focusing on product functionality, operating environments, system configuration, and set up Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer, documenting all customer interactions in required tracking systems (i.e., steps to replicate product problems or defects) As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be directly involved in follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting often including remote desktop viewing through tools such as MS TEAMs Proactively keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved with focus on response times Contributes information to the Support Knowledge Base and reviews others' content Responsible for meeting or exceeding established customer satisfaction ratings and other KPIs Participates in special projects, upgrades or assignments and teaches other Analysts procedures, features of products, etc.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or related field 5 years of solution experience working with ERP applications/functions or working with solutions in a Healthcare organization, preferably cloud-based applications Experience with Infor solutions, Birst, AppStudio, ISD, IPA, Infor module specific configurations, job scheduling, monitoring, security, integration points, transaction data flow, and reporting Functional/Technical HR, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain product experience Strong HR acumen and HRIS reporting with an understanding of principles, standards, and procedures issued for HealthCare compliance Attention to detail to document system processes and configuration accurately and effectively Advanced problem solving and analytic skills along with solid PC troubleshooting skills with knowledge of various software applications used for testing and troubleshooting Strong organizational skills required to insure most effective and timely delivery of service to clients Command of the English language to be able to provide oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas Ability to work as part of a team with clear verbal and written communication Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio) Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment Ability to work independently and/or possibly from a remote location Infor certification preferred Data mining and analysis experience preferredKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
