Job Description Requisition Number: 7080Required Travel: 0 - 10%Employment Type: Full Time/Salaried/ExemptHours Per Week: 40Security Clearance: Position of Public TrustLevel of Experience: MidJob DescriptionHII Mission Technologies is seeking a Remote Functional Analyst that can work remotely to design, develop, enhance, debug, implement and manage software solutions for contractual deliverables to the US Government. These deliverables will follow established technical compliance guidelines that support maintaining mission critical and operational systems for the US Government to review, approve, and track. The Functional Analyst must be adaptable and capable for managing and improving current software, applications, and tools to include integration with other technology platforms.Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Executes production processes daily, weekly, and/or semi-monthly as required to support the maintenance and operations of a Human Capital Management System.
  • Ensures production processes are executed timely and that they run successfully.
  • Communicates successful execution of processes to vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Reports issues and failures of production processes to management, customer stakeholders, and other operations and maintenance team members
  • Performs high-level troubleshooting to determine reason for process failures
  • Provides functional support to development team to resolve issues
  • Facilitates or attends daily scrums and provides status updates and impediments
  • Documents process procedures, including execution steps and frequency and identifies areas for process improvement
Minimum Qualifications
  • Successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, keen focus and concentration, and the ability to follow a daily routine of precise process steps, executing the same job day to day, week to week, etc.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Systems
  • Ability to understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to deliver clear and concise business process documentation.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
  • Basic familiarity with system operations, remote desktops, and file transfers tools
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Understanding of Agile Methodology preferred
