Addus HomeCare has an opening for a Service Coordinator in our Salem, OR branch. The main responsibility of this position is to work with our clients and schedule home care aides. We have a full-time position open, Monday through Friday, 8 - 5 pm.

As an Addus Service Coordinator, you will:

Coordinate and schedule the most appropriate assignments of direct care staff to clients. Maintain direct care staff schedules in scheduling program.

Supervise and direct activities of HomeCare Aides (HCA) in providing direct care and service to their assigned clients. Address and resolve client and employee complaints and concerns

Effectively manage the communication and relationships among the Care Team, including the client, referral sources, HCAs and family and health care providers, to coordinate patient care and services.

In partnership with the Branch Director, provide feedback on performance and coordinate disciplinary actions.

Understand and effectively execute all company, state and applicable CBA policies, procedures, rules and regulations, including Covid protocols.
