Job DescriptionPenn State Health CorporationLocation: US:PA:HersheyWork Type: Full TimeFTE: 1.00Shift: DayHours: 8:00a - 5:00pSUMMARY OF POSITION:Under direction from the Team Manager Revenue Support, this role is responsible for assisting with the daily activities and technical leadership within the Revenue Cycle Support team. Will work closely with the Operations team to intake, evaluate, and execute support requests from the action request system. Will assist with monitoring the RC systems and alert appropriate personnel if they are not functioning and available within the agreed upon service level agreements.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or a related fieldTwo (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience requiredPreferred Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Reporting Tools and Analysis.This job description is a general outline of duties performed and is not to be misconstrued as encompassing all duties performed within the position.
