Client also has many other hours available - please inquireNOTE: Client is VERY flexible with hourswilling to work with Caregiver to fit their schedule

Client Diagnosis: Chronic Frailty, Mobility Impairment, Fall Risk, Cerebral Palsy, Acid Reflux, Client is alert and oriented x3Duties may include but not limited to:Cooking and Light Housekeeping

Laundry and Change of Bed Linens

Grocery Shopping

Companionship

Range of Motion Exercises

Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance

Driving to Appointments and Errands

Walking and Transfer Assistance

Medication Reminders

ADL's

Ambulation

Change Depends

Transportation - DO NOT need a vehicle

Caregiver Requirements: At least 1-2 year experience

2 Step TB Test

Pass Criminal Background Checks

Pass Child Clearances (when applicable)

Hoyer Lift - will train if necessary
