This hire will be responsible for designing and leading the technical architecture to support present and future needs of the business. This leader will work closely with Product Engineering to create market leading healthcare technology for the precision medicine space including our platform. Job DetailsResponsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design a long-term architecture roadmap that considers customer needs/SLAs, budget constraints, technical constraints, future product vision, industry standards and trends, vendor lock-in, and time to market
  • Develop, maintain and enforce end-to-end coding standards that max code reusability, security, quality, and scalability
  • Consult engineering teams on implementation approaches for new features
  • Design an identity and access management framework that streamlines UX and user management, while enforcing standard security practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data schema standards and data flow standards for varying customer use cases
You should know some of the following:
  • Experience designing and implementing, scalable, highly available, multi-cloud environments that include ML/AI components, multi-tenancy, and 3rd party integrations
  • Experience managing open API infrastructure
  • Experience managing cloud security including IAM, RBAC, HIPAA/HITRUST compliance, data/network encryption, and other best practices
  • Experience monitoring/reporting cloud consumption costs
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts to cross-functional business teams
  • Experience with genomics, pharmacogenomics, EMR integrations and Agile/Scrum methodologies are all a plus
