What to Expect:
Outbound sales, call center. Starting out you will be in the trenches learning how and selling while mentoring and coaching our inside sales team. Work Outline:
Selling – Coaching - Lead Management - Office / Sales Support – Developing a Sales Division - Hiring
Preferred:
Call Center Sales Manager Experience
Advertising or other B2B inside sales experience
Management experience for Inside sales, retail sales or collections
Experience creating sales brochures sales outlines and sales promotional incentives
Experience developing and refining processes
Using Publisher, PowerPoint or adobe creative
Prefer bachelor’s in business / sales / marketing or advertising will consider associates with sales experience
Requirements:
CRM Sales and lead management experience
Currently live or work near Rogers, MN
Dependable, Trustworthy and Reliable
No Ego
Self-Starter - Strong desire to figure things out
Organized with the ability to get things done timely
Driven to be part of growing company
Team player that wants to help everyone to succeed.
Hours:
In the office Mon-Fri 8am-4pm / Possibility for remote work in the future
Overtime as needed to work on special projects
Pay:
$50k base + Incentives
Review after 45 days, possible performance increase at 90 days
Paid 6 holidays and 7 days of PTO accrued is eligible to use after 90 days
