Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to stakeholders and engineers

Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships in support of delivering enterprise-wide solutions

Ability to execute within a fast-paced agile process

Desired Characteristics

5+ years experience managing multi-location enterprise conferencing solutions

3+ years experience managing an agile delivery team including programmatic and functional responsibilities

Experience with Microsoft O365 and Teams including Direct Routing, Calling Plans, and Cloud Video Interop

Experience with Cisco telepresence systems and video collaboration endpoints

Experience with Condeco meeting room systems with knowledge of Exchange integration preferred

Experience with networking and conferencing technologies including DHCP, DNS, SBC, SIP, and PSTN

Masters degree in computer-related field preferred
