Temporary Material Handler Needed

Kelly Services is in urgent need of a temporary (1 month) Material Handler in Fremont, CA. As a Material Handler with Kelly, you will support one of our top clients in the in the area.Pay rate: $22-24/hrShift:M-F 8AM-5PMSaturday OT needed and mandatory as necesaryResponsibilitiesManage incoming deliveries to a warehouse, verifying, signing for shipments, and check packing slipsManage incoming mail, and email employees when they receive mailUnloading, storing the received items, notifying departments of received items, and processing any returns.Responsible for managing and scanning all receiving documents, and emailing to purchasing and accounting departmentsQualificationsKnowledge of automated or computerized system operation. Basic Excel knowledge required for internal inventory system. Data entry into Procurify (purchasing system)1-2 Years warehouse experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities defined.Experience in verifying incoming shipments, cycle counts and maintaining inventory records.Experience creating online FedEx, UPS, Old Dominion, and other shipping carriers shipping labels and documents corresponding to shipping needsKnowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within Shipping and ReceivingStrong verbal and written communication skills, and must be a team player willing to assist where neededAbility to lift 50 poundsExtended periods of time standingWhy Kelly ® ?As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
