Lending Specialist

DescriptionRobert Half is currently assisting a top Credit Union in Nassau County in need of a Lending Specialist. Job requires a high school degree or equivalent with adequate proficiency in language, math and reasoning skills.

Three (3) years of lending experience in a financial institution is recommended.

Knowledge of loan policies and procedures.

Detailed knowledge of automotive financing required, including knowledge of secured lending documentation, UCC's, insurance requirements, and other instruments used to improve loan collateral position is preferred.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of database software; internet application and Microsoft Excel and Word programs.
