Needed: Account Manager - Customer Service - Assistant to sales for Fastener/Hardware Distribution Company
Position involves the following:
- Maintain current accounts
- Inventory management
- Customer service
- Purchasing
- Assisting sales with daily needs including:
- Order entry- Purchasing
- Answering phones
- Quotes
- Spreadsheet work
- Projects and general support
- Etc
MUST have a minimum 2 years' experience in account management or very strong knowledge as an administrator.
MUST be familiar with Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 a plus
MUST have good phone skills
MUST have Purchasing/Inventory management experience
MUST be highly organized
Attention to detail is critical
Work well in a fast paced office.
Ability to multi-task
Work well with a team
Ability to learn new computer programs and processes quickly
8:30 - 5pm Monday - Friday
