Excellent communication skills – demonstrated ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams, interacting and presenting to all levels of management

Excellent data analysis and trend identification skills, with a focus on problem solving, leveraging deep analytical thinking and creating business reporting to drive action

Ability to manage directly and indirectly multiple projects, setting direction and prioritization for finance department

Continuous Improvement mindset, including Lean Six Sigma experience

High degree of accuracy to prepare and oversee timely delivery of reporting

Mentoring and coaching skills for partner development

Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Ability to travel as needed (less than 10%).

Basic qualifications and summary of experience for this role are:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or quantitative field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred

7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a clear understanding of supply chain finance (sourcing, manufacturing, distribution), cost standards and variance analysis, cost allocation, financial controls/auditing, contract and price negotiation, budgeting and business planning, including presentations and recommendations to cross-functional and supply chain leadership. Preferred experience in consumer retail, food & beverage or CPG companies.

5 years’ experience in financial modeling and reporting, with advanced skills in Excel, Power Point and other dashboards/data analytics; ideal candidate also has experience in Hyperion, Tableau, OBIEE, Oracle, ROSS and Incorta.

Prior management or supervision experience highly preferred
