Courier /Messenger /Delivery Drivers/Independent Contractor Needed (Fairfield and New Haven Counties)

Local Medical and Package Delivery Courier looking for additional drivers to service clients throughout Connecticut. We are currently adding several new accounts and are needing dedicated and dependable independent contractors to fill these many openings.

Flexible hours are available let us know what time of day or night works for you.

Contractors are paid mileage or per job or pre-determined route rates which are determined by stops and mileage.

Pay settlements are weekly.

Prior experience isn't required, but good presentation and communication skills are.

Willing to work in all kinds of weather.

Criteria:

Must be over 21.

Must pass a drug screening test.

Criminal background and driving record must be clean.

Reliable transportation

Automobile liability in the amounts for 100/300/50 is required for all contractors.

You will need a smartphone to capture signatures for the deliveries. Android or Apple-based smartphone

Dependable and on-time track record

Follow Dress Code

Abide by all company and client SOP.

COVID-19 considerations:

All contractors are required to wear a mask and adhere to the CDC standards as well as local and national mandates

You will be a 1099 Independent Contractor. NOT EMPLOYEE (You pay your own taxes and expenses).
