As the Sr. Director of Product and Solutions Marketing, you will use your marketing acumen, cybersecurity knowledge, and deep understanding of the cyber security vendor landscape.
Leading a high-performing team of product marketers, you will deliver and execute a Go-To-Market strategy for each of the solutions individually, and the entire portfolio combined.
What You Will Do :
This successful individual will own all product marketing activities for FireEye Enterprise and Cloud Security Solutions, such as developing and driving messaging to clearly articulate our market-leading position.
Responsibilities include :
Effective messaging and positioning for each solution and the combined portfolio
Bringing new and updated products to market, taking the lead on launch strategy, planning, timelines and driving activities to ensure maximum impact
Ensuring our sales and sales channels are well equipped with the right tools and content
Providing key input on packaging and pricing decisions for products and solutions sold online and via our global sales organization
Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners across our Consulting, R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams, as well as with peer Marketing leaders
Building strong relationships and provide clear communication across the entire organization
Drive team growth, organizational structure and providing leadership and coaching to your team members
Partnering with peer Product Marketing leaders on delivering cross-portfolio initiative, launches, events, and promotions
Cultivating a collaborative, positive, and service-oriented culture within the team and broader marketing organization
Representing the team and portfolio with industry and financial analysts and any other third-party stakeholders
This successful candidate will have 10+ years of related industry experience in product marketing of Enterprise and Cloud Security Solutions.
Cyber Security domain knowledge and subject matter expertise is a must. Strong written and oral communication skills are mandatory.
Candidates with high energy, a responsive attitude, and a desire for success will be given preference. This job requires up to 25 percent travel :
Demonstrated excellence in product marketing with 10+ years of relevant experience
Strong skills and experience in modern marketing and proven launch of high growth Enterprise and Cloud security solutions in the Network, Endpoint, Email, Cloud Security and / or SIEM product categories
Strong track record of delivering and executing multi-product GTM strategies and plans
Experience with launching and driving growth of solutions with online marketplaces such as AWS and Azure
Demonstrated experience at working with highly technical consultants, developers, and intelligence analysts, earning their trust and confidence
A rich portfolio of prior work that includes first-hand experience across the product marketing spectrum : messaging and positioning, pricing and packaging, competitive analysis and positioning, quantitative and qualitative analysis, product launch management, GTM strategy, sales tool development, leveraging customer and market insights to inform product roadmap, analyst relations, and more
Experience managing a Product Marketing team of 5-10 people who relentlessly align stakeholders
Experience developing strongly differentiated product, platform and solutions positioning and messaging
Understanding of cyber security, with strong background in services & solutions
Proven experience enabling and growing the reseller channel
Strong internal / external presentation skills and experience in public speaking at large events you must be a compelling speaker and be able to hold an audience
