Location: Farmers Branch, Texas—remote until TBD
Pay: $15/hr
6 month contract to hire
Summary:
Customer Technical Support maximize every opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and work with customers who have concerns with the home security alarm accounts. Successful Technical Support can advise customers on the benefits of a security system through Client while empathizing with the feedback customers provide on their experiences The goal is to ensure that at the end of each call, our customers feel confident that this Client is the best option to protect their homes and their family.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Customer Care or Technical Support role
Strong communication skills
Typing skills of 35 WPM is required
Professional verbal/written communication skills
Analytical representative that finds creative solutions
Job Requirements:
Provides a World Class customer service experience
Helping with the 2G/3G sunset. The current sim card in the system is expiring and they are needing to install a new one.
Ability to quickly assess the customers’ needs to find a solution
Must work on multiple platforms simultaneously including but not limited to MAStermind
Creating a one-call resolution and Customer Satisfaction experience for every customer
Troubleshoots alarm system problems (including performance testing and low batteries) over the phone with customers and refers as necessary to the appropriate departments
Answers questions on how to perform fundamental and difficult alarm functions
Promotes self-service options of Brinkshome.com and assists with web site troubleshooting
Follows-up with alarm service technicians regarding job tickets.
Proactively works to assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives
